(1) According to the strategic plan of the Judiciary, there will be the following Planning and Implementation Committee to formulate and implement the annual work plan in the court:- (a) Chief Judge or the judge appointed by him - Chairman (b) Tehsildar - Member (c) Srestedar - Member Secretary (2) Sub-rule (1) In the meeting of the committee of Wamojim, judges, related district attorney's office, bar unit and representatives of other related bodies may be invited as necessary. (3) The duties and powers of the committee under sub-rule (1) shall be as follows: Formulating and implementing the annual implementation plan for the court under the plan. (b) Periodically reviewing the implementation plan. (c) To do other work necessary for the implementation of the strategic plan.
